Details of the Transaction
The shares were acquired from Siemens Energy Holdco B.V. (“Seller”). Both the Acquirer and the Seller are promoters of the Target Company, Siemens Limited. The acquisition was executed through an off-market transaction.
Pre and Post-Acquisition Holdings
Prior to this acquisition, Siemens International Holding B.V. held 169,882,943 shares, representing 47.70% of the Target Company’s equity. Following the acquisition of the additional 14,503,026 shares, their total holding now stands at 184,385,969 shares, equivalent to 51.77% of the equity share capital.
