Following this transaction, Imperial Chemical Industries Limited has been declassified as a promoter of Akzo Nobel India Limited. The company will now operate as a public shareholder. This change took effect after the completion of the transaction on December 10, 2025.

Remaining Shareholding

After the sale, Imperial Chemical Industries Limited holds 4,097,025 shares, representing approximately 9% of the total shares.
