Hindustan Unilever (HUL) has appointed Vandana Suri as Executive Director for Home Care and General Manager, India – Home Care Business Unit, effective January 1, 2026. Suri succeeds Srinandan Sundaram, who will become the Chief Executive Officer of Unilever International. Hindustan Unilever (HUL) announced a key change to its Management Committee, with the appointment of Vandana Suri as Executive Director, Home Care, effective January 1, 2026. This change follows the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval by the Board of Directors.
Appointment Details
Ms. Vandana Suri will also serve as the General Manager for India’s Home Care Business Unit and as a Member of the Management Committee. She succeeds Mr. Srinandan Sundaram, who is transitioning to the role of Chief Executive Officer at Unilever International on the same date.
Vandana Suri’s Background
Prior to this appointment, Vandana Suri served as the General Manager, Beauty & Wellbeing for Unilever Indonesia. She has a strong background, having worked with several multinational corporations, including PepsiCo, Tetra Pak, and Nielsen, before joining HUL in 2011. With over 20 years of experience, she has successfully led various Unilever businesses in India, South Asia, and Indonesia.
