Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy (SWREL) has secured a significant order worth approximately INR 1,381 crore from Adani Green Energy. This order involves a Balance of System (BOS) package for three solar power projects at Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat. The agreement signifies a 5-year strategic partnership, enhancing SWREL’s position in the renewable energy sector. With this order, SWREL’s inflow is now over INR 6,450 crore this fiscal.
Strategic Partnership and Project Details
Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (SWREL) has announced a 5-year Strategic Partnership Framework Agreement with Adani Green Energy Limited and has received its first Purchase Order (PO). The announcement was made on December 1, 2025. The order is valued at approximately INR 1,381 crore excluding taxes.
Khavda Project
The order encompasses a Balance of System (BOS) package for three Solar Power Projects at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat, one of the world’s largest RE projects. This includes supply of goods and onsite services. SWREL is already executing approximately 6 GW in the Khavda region, with roughly 5 GW expected to be completed this fiscal year.
