The transaction was executed through a market sale on November 26, 2025. After the sale, the total shares carrying voting rights held by the sellers are 31,811,188 fully paid up shares and 24,156,604 partly paid up shares, representing approximately 0.92% of the total share capital.
Remaining Holdings
Post-transaction, the promoter group continues to hold a substantial stake in Bharti Airtel. As of November 26, 2025, their collective holding includes fully paid-up and partly paid-up shares. There has been no change to the total diluted share/voting capital of the company.
