Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been selected by SAP to lead its enterprise-wide Cloud and Generative AI transformation. The 5-year deal aims to accelerate SAP’s transition through Cloud adoption and Business AI enablement, enhancing speed and efficiency.
Key Objectives of the Collaboration
The collaboration between TCS and SAP focuses on streamlining SAP’s complex IT landscape. The objective is to enable seamless IT operations, strengthen AI-led capabilities, accelerate development cycles, lower the total cost of ownership, and align IT strategies with overall business goals. Focus Areas and Centers of Excellence

- Generative AI: Driving innovation by embedding GenAI capabilities within SAP business processes.
- Business Technology Platform: Enabling faster development of next-generation features through low-code and no-code solutions.
- Business Data Cloud: Creating a uniform data architecture for productizing enterprise data.
- Customer Experience: Identifying modern strategies to evaluate customer experience across the value chain.
