Expertise and Experience
Mr. Kumar is a Law graduate with more than 21 years of post-qualification experience. His expertise includes managing disputes and litigation, strategic legal advisory services, and risk management from both Indian and International legal perspectives. He also has experience in compliance, governance, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and contract management.
Leadership Approval
The Board of Directors approved the appointment, acting on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration, and Compensation Committee. This strategic hire is expected to bolster the company’s legal and compliance framework.
