Board Welcomes New Independent Director
Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has appointed Bobby Parikh as an Independent Director. This appointment is effective from December 1, 2025, and will continue for a term of five years, until November 30, 2030, subject to shareholder approval.
Parikh’s Role and Responsibilities
In addition to serving as an Independent Director, Mr. Parikh will also take on significant roles within the company’s committees. He will be appointed as the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and will serve as a member of the Audit Committee starting on December 1, 2025.
