Coforge has announced an update regarding the transition of its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). MUFG Intime India Private Limited will replace Alankit Assignments Limited as the RTA, effective in November 2025. The transition process is underway to shift the database and electronic connectivity. The company will announce the revised effective date in due course.
Registrar & Share Transfer Agent Transition
Coforge has provided an update regarding the change of its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). In continuation of the earlier announcement dated July 23, 2025, the company confirms that MUFG Intime India Private Limited will be the new RTA, effective in November 2025, replacing Alankit Assignments Limited.
Ongoing Transition Process
The transition process is currently underway. Until the transition is complete, Alankit Assignments Limited will continue to provide RTA services to the company and its shareholders. The database and electronic connectivity are being shifted to MUFG Intime India Private Limited once confirmations from both depositories are received.
Revised Effective Date
Coforge will notify the revised effective date of the transition in due course.
