Indian Bank has announced the appointment and reappointment of Statutory Central Auditors (SCAs) for the financial year 2025-26. The decision, approved by the Reserve Bank of India, includes retaining several existing firms and adding new firms to ensure comprehensive financial oversight. This restructuring aims to enhance the bank’s audit process and maintain regulatory compliance. Five firms have been appointed.

Indian Bank has formalized its Statutory Central Auditor (SCA) team for the fiscal year 2025-26, following approval from the Reserve Bank of India. This announcement details both the re-appointment of existing auditors and the inclusion of new firms to oversee the bank’s financial operations.

Continuing Auditor Firms

The newly appointed firms are:
* M/s SPARK & Associates Chartered Accountants LLP, Indore
* M/s Bhatia & Bhatia, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi

Departing Auditors

M/s S. Singhal & Co., Chartered Accountants, Jaipur, concluded their term as SCA, marking the end of their service to the bank.
