BEML Limited Enters Quadripartite MoU for Real-Time Cargo Evacuation System

BEML Limited has entered into a quadripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Andhra Pradesh Maritime Board (APMB), Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), and Umeandus Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. (UTIPL) on November 14, 2025. The alliance aims to develop a Real-Time Automatic Cargo Evacuation System, with APMB as the client and DMRC as the lead member. BEML and UTIPL will be the execution partners for the pilot project at Machilipatnam Port.

BEML Limited has formed a strategic alliance through a quadripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on November 14, 2025. The partners include Andhra Pradesh Maritime Board (APMB), Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), and Umeandus Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. (UTIPL).

Project Details

The collaboration focuses on creating a Real-Time Automatic Cargo Evacuation System (e-FTS, Enhance Freight Transport System). APMB will act as the client for the project, and DMRC will serve as the lead member. BEML, along with UTIPL, will be responsible for executing the pilot project at Machilipatnam Port. This initiative is considered a normal course of business for BEML.
