This acquisition makes Aisle a wholly-owned subsidiary of Info Edge. The move aims to consolidate the company’s position in the online dating market. Complete Acquisition of Aisle
Info Edge, through its subsidiary Jeevansathi Internet Services Private Limited, has acquired the remaining 3.65% stake in Aisle Network Private Limited. The acquisition was approved on November 14, 2025. This transaction will result in Aisle becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Info Edge.
Deal Details
The aggregate consideration for this acquisition is ₹5.50 Crores. This includes the purchase of 1,279 equity shares and the resolution and termination of existing arrangements. Following the transaction, Info Edge, via Jeevansathi, will hold 100% of the paid-up share capital of Aisle.
