The board also acknowledged the resignation of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Dhiraj Kapoor, effective November 14, 2025.

These funds are allocated for setting up the Global Parts Center (GPC) 2.0 in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Company Secretary Resignation
Dhiraj Kapoor, the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, has tendered his resignation, effective November 14, 2025. Mr. Kapoor is leaving to pursue opportunities outside of Hero MotoCorp. The Board of Directors has acknowledged and accepted his resignation.
Consequently, Mr. Kapoor will no longer serve as the Nodal Officer of the Company, following his resignation date. The leadership transition has been addressed by the Board.
