Hero MotoCorp Reports Record Revenue and Profit After Tax for Q2FY’26

Hero MotoCorp announced its highest ever revenue and profit after tax (PAT) for Q2FY’26. Revenue reached ₹12,126 Cr, a 16% increase, with PAT at ₹1,393 Cr, also up by 16%. The company gained market share, expanded its EV business, and entered European markets.

Financial Performance Highlights

Hero MotoCorp reported a revenue of ₹12,126 Crore for Q2FY’26, reflecting a growth of 16%. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for the same period stood at ₹1,393 Crore, also demonstrating a 16% increase.

For H1FY’26, the company’s revenue reached ₹21,705 Crore, a 5% increase year-over-year. The PAT for H1FY’26 was ₹2,519 Crore, representing an 8% growth.

The EBITDA margin for the quarter expanded by 55 bps to 15.0%. For H1FY’26, the EBITDA margin increased by 33 bps, reaching 14.8%.

Sales Volume

The company sold 16.91 lakh units of motorcycles and scooters in Q2FY’26, compared to 15.20 lakh units in Q2FY’25.

In H1FY’26, the sales volume reached 30.58 lakh units, compared to 30.55 lakh units in H1FY’25.

Emerging Mobility and Global Expansion

VIDA, Hero MotoCorp’s Emerging Mobility business, achieved its highest-ever EV market share of 11.7%. The company also unveiled new electric mobility concepts and showcased electric motorcycles at EICMA 2025 in Milan, Italy.

Hero MotoCorp’s global business experienced a dispatch growth of 77%, with expansion into Europe and the UK markets.

Leadership Changes

Mr. Harshavardhan Chitale was appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 5, 2026.

Ms. Kausalya Nandakumar was appointed as Chief Business Officer – Emerging Mobility Business Unit (EMBU), effective July 10, 2025.

Ms. Latika Taneja was appointed as Head for Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), effective August 19, 2025.

Ms. Madhuri Mehta was appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective October 1, 2025.

Other Key Updates

Hero MotoCorp is making an additional investment of up to ₹170 crore towards setting up the Global Part Center (GPC) 2.0 at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Commercial operations are expected to commence during FY 2027-28.

Mr. Dhiraj Kapoor, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, resigned effective November 14, 2025.
