Leadership Changes
There have been a number of recent leadership appointments, including Mr. Harshavardhan Chitale as new CEO, effective January 5, 2026. Ms. Kausalya Nandakumar has been appointed as Chief Business Officer for the Emerging Mobility Business Unit (EMBU) effective July 10, 2025. Ms. Latika Taneja is the new Head for Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, and CSR, effective August 19, 2025. Additional Information
The Board of Directors approved an additional investment of up to ₹170 crore towards setting up of Global Part Center (GPC) 2.0 at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Commercial operations are expected to commence during FY 2027-28. Mr. Dhiraj Kapoor, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, has resigned effective November 14, 2025.
