NBCC (India) Limited reported significant growth in its Q2 FY26 financial results:

  • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹172.55 Cr, a substantial increase of 39.49%.
  • PAT Margin: Stood at 8.24%, reflecting an increase of 23.39%.

Furthermore, the company successfully secured new business worth ₹7600 Cr during the quarter, strengthening its order book.

H1 FY26 Performance Overview

The company sustained its growth trajectory in the first half of FY26:

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹3749 Cr, marking a 7.75% increase.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹286.63 Cr, up by 36.28%.
  • PAT Margin: Recorded at 7.65%, showing a 26.48% improvement.

New business secured during H1 reached ₹10,000 Cr, underscoring NBCC’s strong market position.

Dividend Announcement

In addition to the robust financial results, NBCC announced a second interim dividend of ₹0.21 per share, demonstrating its commitment to delivering shareholder value.

Segmental Performance (Standalone)

The segmental performance for Q2 FY26 (Standalone) is as follows:

  • PMC (Project Management Consultancy): Revenue of ₹2049.18 Cr, a +26.96% increase. Profits of ₹129.32 Cr resulting in a +36.98% increase.
  • RE (Real Estate): Revenue of ₹4.66 Cr resulting in a -91.88% decrease. Profits of ₹5.41 Cr resulting in a -62.87% decrease.
  • EPC (Engineering Procurement & Consultancy): Revenue of ₹38.60 Cr, a -78.53% decrease. Profits of ₹3.73 Cr resulting in a +114.37% increase.

Order Book Position

As of 30.09.2025, the consolidated order book stood at ₹1,28,381 Cr, comprising:

  • NBCC: ₹1,12,500 Cr.
  • HSCC: ₹8,368 Cr.
  • HSCL: ₹7,185 Cr.
  • NSL: ₹328 Cr.
