NCD Issuance Approval
Apollo Tyres’ Board of Directors has given the green light for raising funds through the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The issuance will aggregate up to ₹10,000 million. The NCDs are planned to be allotted in one or more tranches via private placement, remaining within the borrowing limits already approved by shareholders. The final details regarding the NCD issuance will be disclosed after finalization by the Board or its Committee.
