Godrej Agrovet Limited will invest INR 70 Crore in Andhra Pradesh. This investment follows a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with the State Government to expand dairy processing capabilities and establish new Samadhan Centers for oil palm farmers. The official announcement was made on November 13, 2025.
Dairy Processing Expansion
The investment will be directed towards increasing the dairy processing and value-added product capacities of Creamline Dairy Products Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary that sells products under the Godrej Jersey brand. The expansion will occur in three phases, reinforcing the company’s presence in the dairy sector.
Samadhan Centers for Oil Palm Farmers
Godrej Agrovet will establish five new Samadhan Centers. These centers will provide oil palm farmers with a comprehensive package of knowledge, tools, services, and solutions, aiming to improve the overall lifecycle of oil palm cultivation and enhance farmer support.
