KNR Constructions Secures New EPC Projects and Reports Q2 & H1 2026 Results

KNR Constructions has announced the acquisition of two new EPC projects in Telangana and reported its financial results for Q2 and H1 of FY26. The company secured projects worth ₹5,319 million and achieved provisional completion certificates for key infrastructure projects. Despite revenue declines, KNR Constructions maintains a strong order book and focuses on strategic growth.

New Project Acquisitions

KNR Constructions has secured acceptance letters for two new Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects in Telangana, totaling ₹5,319 million:

  • A ₹728 million project for the construction of 3-lane flyovers at Kukatpally “Y” junction in Hyderabad, with a completion timeline of 24 months.
  • A ₹4,591 million project for multi-level flyovers, grade separators, and road development at Khajaguda Junction and IIIT Junction in Hyderabad, also with a 24-month completion period.

Project Completions

The company has received Provisional Certificates of Completion for the following projects:

  • KNR Guruvayur Infra Private Limited (Valanchery-Kappirikkad) effective from July 17, 2025.
  • KNR Ramanattukara Infra Private Limited (Ramanattukara –Valanchery) effective from July 18, 2025.

Q2 FY26 Financial Highlights

KNR Constructions reported the following standalone financial results for Q2 FY26:

  • Revenue: ₹4,930 million, a decrease from ₹8,838 million in Q2 FY25.
  • EBITDA: ₹536 million, down from ₹1,648 million in Q2 FY25.
  • EBITDA Margin: 10.9% compared to 18.6% in Q2 FY25.
  • PAT: ₹279 million, significantly lower than ₹3,344 million in Q2 FY25.

H1 FY26 Financial Highlights

The company’s standalone financial performance for the first half of FY26 includes:

  • Revenue: ₹9,763 million, a decline from ₹17,640 million in H1 FY25.
  • EBITDA: ₹1,192 million, reduced from ₹3,569 million in H1 FY25.
  • EBITDA Margin: 12.2% versus 20.2% in H1 FY25.
  • PAT: ₹792 million, a significant decrease from ₹4,683 million in H1 FY25.

Order Book Details

As of September 30, 2025, the total order book stands at ₹82,159 million, segmented as follows:

  • Roads Sector: ₹20,700 million
  • Irrigation and Pipeline Sector: ₹25,935 million
  • Mining Sector: ₹35,524 million
