Jyothy Labs Unaudited Financial Results for Quarter and Half-Year Ended September 30, 2025

Jyothy Labs has released its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results on November 12, 2025. A prior sale of its investment in Jyothy Kallol Bangladesh Limited (JKBL) was completed on March 25, 2025, resulting in a one-time loss. The company is presenting only standalone financial results starting this quarter.

Financial Performance

Jyothy Labs reported a net profit of ₹87.76 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to ₹104.93 million for the same quarter last year. Total income for the quarter was ₹753.04 million compared to ₹745.61 million for the corresponding period in the previous year.

For the half-year ended September 30, 2025, the company’s net profit stood at ₹184.55 million as compared to ₹206.76 million in the corresponding half-year. Total income for the same period rose to ₹1,523.69 million compared to ₹1,500.48 million.

The segment-wise revenue breakdown for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 is as follows:

  • Fabric Care: ₹335.47 million
  • Dishwashing: ₹244.37 million
  • Household Insecticides: ₹41.10 million
  • Personal Care: ₹81.93 million
  • Others: ₹33.19 million

Key Highlights

On March 25, 2025, the company completed the sale of its investment in Jyothy Kallol Bangladesh Limited (JKBL) to Kallol Enterprise Limited, resulting in a loss of ₹3.70 million, which has been shown under exceptional items.

Starting from the quarter ended September 30, 2025, Jyothy Labs will now only present standalone financial results due to the sale of the subsidiary.
