NAVA Limited Q2 FY26 Financial Highlights and Investor Presentation

NAVA Limited has released its investor presentation for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. Q2 FY26 Financial Performance

NAVA Limited reported consolidated revenue of ₹989.7 Cr for Q2 FY26, alongside a consolidated PBT of ₹244.2 Cr and a PAT of ₹177.5 Cr. A key driver of revenue growth was the Ferro Alloys division, with increased sales of 32,760 MT compared to 19,337 MT in the same period last year. The Energy division also maintained its revenue despite challenges.

Segment Highlights

Ferro Alloys: Production of Silico Manganese Alloys increased during the quarter, with a significant YoY sales increase of 92.3% driven by higher exports.

Energy (India): Total power units sold reached 524 Mn kWh. The energy division sustained healthy plant load factors (PLFs) despite planned shutdowns. Captive power sales increased due to higher Si Mn alloys production.

MEL Zambia: Total revenue sustained Y-o-Y despite a planned maintenance shutdown. Phase II construction is progressing well across all major fronts. 100% of engineering works are completed, and manufacturing of all critical equipment is at advanced stages of completion.

Other Key Updates

Maamba Energy received US$ 30.0 Mn during the quarter, reducing the outstanding receivable to US$ 55.5 Mn. NAVA also received a dividend of US$ 10.0 Mn from Nava Global and INR 13.0 cr from Nava Bharat Energy India Limited.

Odisha-Ops: 60 MW is converted into Independent Power Plant (IPP). MEL’s Phase II 300 MW expansion project is progressing well. Maamba Solar’s 100 MW solar project construction commenced in September 2025. Avocado plantation is projected to yield its first fruit and income in Q3 & Q4 FY26. The integrated sugar project is progressing well, with sugarcane plantation multiplication and EPC contract works having commenced.
