Strategic Developments
A key achievement was the successful transition of the 60 MW Captive Power Plant (CPP) in Odisha to an Independent Power Plant (IPP), effective November 1, 2025. This move is expected to enhance revenue visibility and improve operational metrics. Furthermore, MEL realized US$ 30 million during the quarter, reducing outstanding arrears to US$ 55.5 million.
Dividend Momentum and Capital Allocation

Standalone Results
Standalone revenue reached ₹555.5 crore, up 28.9% year-over-year. Standalone PAT (Profit After Tax) was reported at ₹156.5 crore, an increase of 7.1% year-over-year.
