Poly Medicure Limited has finalized the acquisition of Medistream SA, a Swiss Corporation, and its subsidiaries, collectively known as the Citieffe Group, effective November 6th, 2025. This acquisition, executed through Poly Medicure’s subsidiary, Poly Medicure B.V., gives Poly Medicure 100% ownership of the economic and voting rights in Citieffe Group. The deal was initially announced on September 24th, 2025.

Poly Medicure Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Poly Medicure B.V. Amsterdam, has successfully completed the acquisition of Medistream SA, a Swiss Corporation, along with its wholly-owned subsidiaries, the Citieffe Group. The acquisition was completed on November 6th, 2025.
Details of the Transaction
Share Purchase Agreements (SPA) were signed between Poly Medicure B.V. and the Selling Shareholders of Medistream SA. With all closing conditions met, Poly Medicure Limited now owns 100% of the economic and voting rights in the Citieffe Group, effective November 6th, 2025.
Citieffe Group Subsidiaries
The Citieffe Group comprises several subsidiaries including Citieffe SRL (Italy), Citieffe Inc (USA), and Citieffe De (Mexico). Following the acquisition, these entities now become step-down subsidiaries of Poly Medicure Limited.
