- Revenue: ₹5,096 Cr, reflecting a growth of 25% compared to the corresponding period in the previous year.
- Operating EBITDA: ₹361 Cr, a growth of 13% over the corresponding period last year.
- Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹74 Cr, representing a decline of 23% compared to the previous year.
Q2FY26 Results
Key highlights for the second quarter of the financial year include:
- Revenue: ₹1,647 Cr, remaining flattish compared to the same quarter in the previous year.
- Operating EBITDA: ₹98 Cr, a decrease of 19% from the same quarter last year.
- Profit After Tax (PAT): Loss of ₹32 Cr, compared to a profit of ₹21 Cr in the same quarter of the previous year.
Management Commentary
Mr. Daljit Singh, Managing Director, commented on the challenges faced due to weather conditions and GST rate reductions impacting the RAC industry. He also highlighted the successful equity fund raise of approximately ₹1,000 Cr through Qualified Institutions Placement.
Division Performance
The Consumer Durables division saw revenue growth of 15% in H1FY26 but a decline of 18% in Q2FY26. The Electronics Division demonstrated strong growth with 60% in H1FY26 and 30% in Q2FY26. The Railway Sub-systems & Defense division recorded revenue growth of 17% in H1FY26 and 7% in Q2FY26, with a strong order book of ₹2,600 Cr.
