Subsidiary Updates and Strategic Initiatives

Ascent-K Circuit Private Limited became a step-down subsidiary on April 7, 2025. Also ILJIN Holding Ltd is a step-down subsidiary of IL JIN from September 21, 2025. IL JIN invested Rs.70 lakhs to acquire 70% of the equity share capital of Ascent-K .On August 5, 2025, IL JIN has acquired 60% equity shares and majority controls, for initial purchase consideration of Rs.26,200 lakhs in Power-One.
