Clean Science and Technology Limited’s board has approved key decisions including appointments and re-designations of its directors. Mr. Raj Kamal and Ms. Pallavi Gokhale are appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for five-year terms. Mr. Ashok Ramnarayan Boob will transition to Whole Time Director – Executive Vice Chairman, while Mr. Siddhartha Ashok Sikchi will become Managing Director, effective April 1, 2026. The board also proposed resolutions for shareholder approval regarding director continuations.
Leadership Transition
The Board of Directors has approved a series of leadership changes to take effect from April 1, 2026. Mr. Ashok Ramnarayan Boob will transition from Managing Director to the role of Whole Time Director – Executive Vice Chairman, concluding on July 27, 2027.
Additionally, Mr. Siddhartha Ashok Sikchi will transition from Whole Time Director to Managing Director, concluding on March 31, 2031.
New Director Appointments
Two new Non-Executive Independent Directors have been appointed to the board, each for a term of five years beginning November 6, 2025, and concluding November 5, 2030:

Director Re-appointment
The Board has also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Keval Navinchandra Doshi as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term, from February 6, 2026, to February 5, 2031.
Shareholder Approval Sought
The Board is seeking shareholder approval via postal ballot for these additional items:
- Continuation of directorship of Ms. Madhu Dubhashi beyond the age of 75, until February 19, 2026.
Financial Performance – Q2, FY26
For Q2 FY26 (July-September 2025), Clean Science reported a profit of ₹646.35 million and a total income of ₹2,184.05 million.
Half-Yearly Results
The company reported a profit of ₹1,254.97 million and a total income of ₹5,075.63 million for the half-year ended September 30, 2025.
