H1 FY26 Performance

Revenue: ₹5,182 crore, an increase of 8% year-on-year.

Earnings Before Interest, Tax, and Depreciation (EBITDA): ₹503 crore, a 7% increase year-on-year.

Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹313 crore, an increase of 8% year-on-year.

Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹233 crore, a 3% increase year-on-year.

Q2 FY26 Performance

Key financial figures for the second quarter include:

Revenue: ₹2,567 crore, a 5% increase year-on-year.

Earnings Before Interest, Tax, and Depreciation (EBITDA): ₹221 crore, a decrease of 6% year-on-year.

Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹125 crore, a decrease of 10% year-on-year.

Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹84 crore, a decrease of 12% year-on-year.

Managing Director’s Comments

According to Mr. Sunil Kataria, Managing Director, Godrej Agrovet delivered volume-led revenue growth across most segments, with strong margin improvements. He highlighted the Animal Feed business’s sustained growth and the Vegetable Oil segment’s stellar improvement driven by higher realizations. He also mentioned Astec’s significant loss reduction and the Dairy business’s upward trajectory.

Segment-Wise Highlights

Animal Feed: Record quarterly volumes driven by market share gains in the cattle feed category (+18% y-o-y growth in cattle feed volumes). Segment margins were sustained year-on-year.

Vegetable Oil: Stellar year-on-year growth in Q2 FY26 revenue and margins. The highest-ever Oil Extraction Ratio (OER) was achieved during the quarter, and Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) arrivals grew by approximately 9%.

Crop Protection (Standalone): Segment revenue declined by approximately 30% in Q2 FY26 due to widespread rainfall and disrupted field operations.

Astec LifeSciences: The Enterprise category delivered a robust 15% year-on-year growth.

Dairy: Segment Revenue and EBITDA remained broadly stable year-on-year. VAP (Value Added Products) posted approximately 10% growth.

Godrej Foods Limited: Branded segment continued to strengthen, with revenue growing approximately 3% year-on-year, and Yummiez delivering a robust 19% growth. Segment EBITDA grew by approximately 28% year-on-year.
