Financial Performance Highlights
Intellect Design Arena showcased robust financial results for Q2 FY26, demonstrating significant year-on-year growth across key metrics:
- Revenue: Increased to ₹789 crore, reflecting a 34% year-on-year growth and a 7% sequential increase over Q1.
- EBITDA: Reached ₹184 crore, marking a substantial 68% year-on-year increase.
- Net Profit: Almost doubled, reaching ₹102 crore, which is a 94% year-on-year increase.
- License-Linked Revenue: Grew to ₹423 crore in Q2, a 69% year-on-year increase.
- Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR): Surpassed ₹1,080 crore.
The company’s cash and cash equivalents have also risen to ₹927 crore, compared to ₹755 crore in Q2 of the previous year.
Deal Wins and Strategic Initiatives
Intellect Design Arena secured 18 new deal wins in Q2 FY26, including 11 multi-million-dollar destiny deals, representing strategic engagements with leading banks and financial institutions. Additionally, the company facilitated 22 successful digital transformations during the quarter.
Global Expansion and Leadership
The company is expanding its global presence, particularly in the Americas, driven by its eMACH.ai platform. Intellect Design Arena has also invested in creating a 7.25 lakh sq. ft. facility at its Siruseri campus. Leadership has been strengthened with the appointment of Vivek Gupta as President and Global Head of Consulting, and Rakesh Srivastava as President and Chief Revenue Officer for the Americas.
Purple Fabric and Future Outlook
Purple Fabric is a key driver of growth and is embedded in most of Intellect’s product portfolios, contributing to approximately 70% of the pipeline. The company has also seen significant internal adoption of Purple Fabric with 3,500 people using it and 9,000 agents created for efficiency gains in the last six months. The company estimates the Total Addressable Market (TAM) for AI-related opportunities to be around ₹5,000 crore.
