This new hotel features 50 rooms and suites and aims to provide a blend of modern hospitality with the city’s charm. The hotel will feature a total of 50 well-appointed rooms and suites. The launch will occur in two phases. Phase one includes the opening of 32 rooms, along with a restaurant called Citrus Café, banquet spaces (Tangerine Grand 1 & 2), a spa, a fitness center, and a swimming pool.
Second Phase Details
The second phase will unveil the remaining 18 rooms, along with another restaurant named Kebab Theater, and additional banquet facilities. Kebab Theater is described as a modern Indian specialty restaurant that will serve authentic kebabs, tikkas, and regional delicacies.

The hotel is situated in Motihari, East Champaran district, a city noted for its historical importance.
