Schaeffler India Board Approves Quarterly Results and Auditor Re-Appointment

Schaeffler India’s board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2). The company also re-appointed Price Waterhouse as statutory auditors for a further five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM in 2026. Revenue from operations stood at ₹23,601.4 million.

Schaeffler India has announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2025, ending September 30, 2025. Key highlights from the standalone results include:

  • Revenue from operations: ₹23,601.4 million
  • Other income: ₹306.5 million
  • Total income: ₹23,907.9 million
  • Profit before tax: ₹4,128.7 million
  • Tax expense: ₹1,062.2 million
  • Profit for the period: ₹3,066.5 million

Earnings per equity share stood at ₹19.6 (basic and diluted).

Segment-Wise Revenue

The company reports under two primary segments:

  • Mobility components and related solutions: ₹18,585.3 million
  • Others: ₹5,016.1 million

Auditor Re-Appointment

The board has approved the re-appointment of Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants LLP, as the statutory auditors for another five-year term. The new term starts from the conclusion of the 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) and continues until the 68th AGM, subject to shareholder approval in 2026.
