LIC has announced the re-designation of Pradeep Shenoy as Additional Executive Director (Corporate Communications), effective October 30, 2025. Mr. Shenoy, previously General Manager (Fiji), brings extensive experience to the role, having been with LIC since 1991. This appointment adds to the senior management team of the corporation.

Pradeep Shenoy has been re-designated as Additional Executive Director (Corporate Communications) at the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). This change is effective as of October 30, 2025.
Profile of Pradeep Shenoy
Mr. Shenoy joined LIC in 1991 as an Assistant Administrative Officer. He holds a Post Graduate degree in Science, a Bachelor of Education degree, and is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India.
During his career spanning over three decades, Mr. Shenoy has worked in various capacities within LIC, including administrative and marketing roles in the Western and South Central Zones. He has also served as Senior Divisional Manager (In-Charge) of Nasik and Secunderabad Divisions, and as a Faculty Member in the Zonal Training Centre, Pune-Akurdi.
Previous Role
Prior to this appointment as Additional Executive Director (Corporate Communications), Mr. Shenoy served as General Manager, Fiji.
