Project Details
The two Lemon Tree Premier hotels are being developed under Development Management and License Agreements with RJ Corp Limited. RJ Corp will manage the development, while Lemon Tree Hotels will provide technical expertise. The hotel operations will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya
The Ayodhya property will feature approximately 300 rooms. It will also include a restaurant, banquet facilities, meeting/conference rooms, and recreational facilities such as a swimming pool and spa.
Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati
The Guwahati property will also feature around 300 rooms along with approximately 50 serviced apartments with kitchenettes. Guests can enjoy a restaurant, banquet, meeting/conference rooms, and recreational facilities, including a swimming pool and spa.
