NBCC Secures New Work Orders Worth ₹79.11 Crore

NBCC (India) Limited has announced the acquisition of new work orders totaling approximately ₹79.11 Crore. These orders, received in the normal course of business, include the construction of an ICAI Bhawan in Raipur and the construction of COE-Guwahati (Phase-I) for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. This development strengthens NBCC’s project portfolio.

Project Details

The secured projects include:

  • Construction of ICAI Bhawan-Raipur, located at Plot no. A-130, Sector-11A, Kamal Vihar, Raipur, for The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, valued at ₹20.77 Cr (excluding GST).
  • Construction of COE-Guwahati (Phase-I) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, valued at ₹58.34 Cr (excluding GST).

Client Information

Both projects are for The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. These projects are domestic and considered arms length transactions.
