The company also appointed Bharat Ramani as the new Internal Auditor, replacing Shyamal Budhdev, effective October 31, 2025. These appointments aim to strengthen Suzlon’s financial management and internal controls.
Rahul Jain Appointed as Group CFO
Rahul Jain has been appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Suzlon Energy, effective December 15, 2025. Mr. Jain has nearly 17 years of experience at SRF Limited, where he recently served as Group CFO. His expertise includes financial transformation, streamlining systems, and leveraging technology to strengthen financial discipline. Prior to SRF, he worked with Jubilant Organosys Limited for a decade.
Mr. Jain is a qualified Chartered Accountant and brings extensive experience from reputed organizations. His appointment is aimed at strengthening Suzlon’s financial leadership as the company embarks on its next phase of growth.
Bharat Ramani Named Internal Auditor
Bharat Ramani, a Chartered Accountant, has been appointed as the Internal Auditor of Suzlon Energy, effective October 31, 2025. Mr. Ramani replaces Shyamal Budhdev, who is retiring.
Mr. Ramani has 24 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit and holds an Information Systems Auditor certification. He has previously worked with companies like Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and AXA Insurance.
His last role was with ECL Finance Limited (Edelweiss group company) as head of Internal Audit. Mr. Ramani joined Suzlon on February 5, 2025, as head of Internal Audit. This appointment aims to strengthen Suzlon’s internal controls and governance.
