Additionally, Bharat Ramani has been appointed as the Internal Auditor starting October 31, 2025, replacing Shyamal Budhdev, who is retiring. Rahul Jain Appointed as Group CFO
Rahul Jain has been appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Suzlon Energy, effective December 15, 2025. Jain brings over two decades of experience in corporate finance to the role. He previously spent nearly 17 years at SRF Limited, where he led financial transformation initiatives as Group CFO.
Jain’s experience includes streamlining systems, leveraging technology, and strengthening financial discipline. His work supported SRF’s growth through identifying new avenues and unlocking capital allocation. Before SRF, he contributed to growth initiatives at Jubilant Organosys Limited for a decade.
New Internal Auditor Appointed
Bharat Ramani, a Chartered Accountant, has been appointed as the Internal Auditor of the Company, effective October 31, 2025. He replaces Shyamal Budhdev, who is retiring from the role. Ramani has 24 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit.
Ramani’s prior experience includes roles at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Price Waterhouse Coopers, AXA Insurance, and Credit Suisse. Most recently, he served as Head of Internal Audit with ECL Finance Limited. He originally joined Suzlon on February 5, 2025, as head of Internal Audit.
