Godrej Properties Receives RERA Approval for Godrej Trilogy Phase 1 in Worli

Godrej Properties has received RERA approval for Phase 1 of Godrej Trilogy, a residential development in Worli, Mumbai. The project is part of a joint development on a 2.63-acre plot and is estimated to have a gross revenue potential exceeding INR 10,000 crore. The first phase, featuring Seaturf and Seafront towers, will be launched in the current quarter.

Worli Project Receives Key Approval

Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) has secured the project registration certificate from MahaRERA for its residential development, Godrej Trilogy, located in Worli, Mumbai. The development, comprising three towers, is part of a joint venture redeveloping prime land. The overall project is estimated to yield over INR 10,000 crore in gross revenue.

Project Details and Location Advantages

The location is off Dr. Annie Besant Road, near the Mahalaxmi Racecourse, offering views of the Racecourse and Arabian Sea. The residences will feature spacious homes with private decks. Phase 1 has approval for two towers, comprising approximately 11 lakh square feet of saleable area. The towers, named Seaturf and Seafront, will launch this quarter.

Strategic Significance

Worli is a residential destination offering connectivity and proximity to commercial hubs and social infrastructure. According to Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO, this project strengthens GPL’s presence in South Mumbai and aligns with the strategy of developing high-potential urban land parcels.
