Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS) named Sultanganj Sabour Road Limited (“SSRL”) in India on October 21, 2025. The subscribed capital is Rs. 1,00,000 divided into 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. SSRL will focus on the construction of Ganga Path Connecting Sultanganj-Bhagalpur-Sabour Road in the State of Bihar on Hybrid Annuity Mode.

SSRL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises. The subscribed capital is Rs. 1,00,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. Currently, the turnover is Nil as business operations are yet to commence.
Business Objective
The new subsidiary will be involved in the construction of Ganga Path Connecting Sultanganj-Bhagalpur-Sabour Road in the State of Bihar on Hybrid Annuity Mode. AEL shall hold 100% share capital of SSRL.
