The initial order for 30 Airbus A350-900 aircraft was placed in April 2024, marking IndiGo’s entry into the wide-body market. With this new agreement, IndiGo now has 60 firm orders and retains purchase rights for an additional 40 A350 Family aircraft for future expansion. This strategic decision enables IndiGo to pursue its international growth ambitions.
