In a significant strategic move, the Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of a 99.98% stake in M/s. SACHMAAS FOODS (Partnership Firm). This firm is engaged in the business of manufacturing, processing, repacking, and dealing in various food products, including Chick Peas and Peanuts. The cost of this acquisition is ₹1,80,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Eighty Lakhs only). This investment is expected to expand NHC Foods’ business and create synergy with its existing operations.

The company also announced the appointment of Mr. Jayesh Dhirajlal Shah as an Additional Director, designated as an Executive Director, effective November 07, 2026.
