Marico Limited has completed the acquisition of the remaining 46.02% equity stake in HW Wellness Solutions Private Limited (“True Elements”). This acquisition increases Marico’s ownership of True Elements from 53.98% to 100%, making True Elements a wholly-owned subsidiary. The acquisition was completed on October 17, 2025.
Full Ownership of True Elements
Marico Limited has successfully acquired the balance equity capital of HW Wellness Solutions Private Limited, known as “True Elements”. As of October 17, 2025, Marico now holds 100% ownership of True Elements.
Acquisition Details
The agreement to acquire the remaining 46.02% stake was initially outlined in a letter dated September 11, 2025. With the completion of this acquisition, Marico Limited now has full control over True Elements. The original stake held by Marico was 53.98%.
