Funds Allocation and Deviation

Here is the breakdown of funds utilization against the original objectives:

Repayment of Borrowings: An amount of ₹905.00 Crore was allocated and fully utilized (₹905.00 Crore) for repaying the company’s borrowings.

Project Related Expenses: Out of an allocated ₹212.36 Crore, ₹132.70 Crore has been utilized for project-related expenses.

Purchase of Equipment: Against an original allocation of ₹210.03 Crore, the company utilized ₹35.83 Crore for the purchase of equipment and machinery.

Land Acquisition: An amount of ₹658.59 Crore was originally allocated, with ₹632.09 Crore utilized, leaving a small unutilized balance in this category.

Issue Related Expenses: Out of ₹13.05 Crore allocated, ₹12.63 Crore was utilized for issue-related expenses.

Unutilized Funds

As of September 30, 2025, a total of ₹1,718.25 Crore has been utilized. The total unutilized amount is ₹278.45 Crore, which includes ₹0.42 Crore of unutilized issue-related expenses. Interest income from temporary investments, amounting to ₹23.27 Crores, has not been included in the utilized amount.
