The consolidated results for the same period reflect a profit after tax of ₹121.56 lakh for the quarter and ₹49.45 lakh for the half-year ended September 30, 2026.
Director Reappointments
In a significant governance move, the Board also approved the reappointment of two Independent Directors based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Mr. Jinang Shah (DIN:08388082) and Mr. Hareshkumar Suthar (DIN:08388083) have been reappointed for a second consecutive term of five (5) years each. Their new terms are set to commence from November 12, 2026, and will conclude on November 11, 2031, pending approval from the company’s shareholders through a Special Resolution.
