Sonata Software Limited has reported its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on November 5, 2026, approved these results and declared an interim dividend.
Financial Highlights
The company has declared a Second Interim Dividend of ₹1.25 per Equity share (125% on par value of Re. 1/-) for the financial year 2026-27. The record date for determining the entitlement of shareholders for this dividend is November 11, 2026. The dividend will be paid on or after November 20, 2026, exclusively through electronic mode. Shareholders are reminded that dividend income is taxable from April 1, 2020, and TDS will be deducted at source.
The unaudited financial results for the standalone and consolidated operations for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, were also considered and approved. The company highlighted its performance in International IT Services, with revenue growth of 2.7% QoQ and 9.3% YoY. Domestic Business GC also saw growth of 4.5% QoQ and 19.3% YoY. Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 7.7% QoQ. Comments from the CEO indicate a focus on AI-led engineering, enhancing the Harmoni.AI suite, and expanding AI-led offerings, which now account for 25% of total OB.
