Havells India Financial Results for Q2 and Half-Year Ended September 30, 2025

Havells India announced its financial results for the second quarter (Q2) and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at ₹4,766.63 crore for Q2 and ₹10,204.44 crore for the half-year. Profit before tax was reported at ₹413.79 crore for Q2 and ₹888.35 crore for the half-year. The company invested ₹600 crores in Goldi Solar Private Limited during the quarter.

Financial Performance

Havells India reported revenue from operations of ₹4,766.63 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to ₹4,532.99 crore in the same quarter last year. For the half-year ended September 30, 2025, revenue from operations was ₹10,204.44 crore, against ₹10,331.10 crore for the corresponding period.

Profit before tax for Q2 stood at ₹413.79 crore, compared to ₹368.08 crore in Q2 of the previous year. The half-year profit before tax was ₹888.35 crore, compared to ₹920.75 crore in the prior year.

  • Lighting & Fixtures: ₹419.82 crore

Strategic Investment

During Q2 2025, Havells India invested ₹600 crores in Goldi Solar Private Limited to boost growth in the renewable energy sector. This investment is a strategic move through equity and Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS).

Other Updates

The company relocated its Faridabad switchgears facility to Sahibabad last year. Proceeds from the sale of assets at the Faridabad plant resulted in a profit of ₹45.27 crores, which has been recognized as other income.
