Tax Appeal Outcome

Le Travenues Technology Limited, operating under the brand name ixigo, has announced a significant development concerning a tax matter. The company has received a partially favorable Order dated November 03, 2026, from the National Faceless Appeal Centre (NFAC). This order pertains to an appeal filed against the Assessment Order for the Assessment Year 2022-23.

Key Reliefs and Financial Impact

The NFAC’s Order has allowed the appeal in part, granting relief of ₹29.53 crore against the total additions/disallowances amounting to ₹46.25 crore made in the original Assessment Order. The NFAC has sustained additions/disallowances of ₹16.72 crore. Consequently, the tax demand of ₹19.29 crore initially raised is expected to reduce substantially. The final revised tax liability will be determined by the Assessing Officer upon giving effect to the NFAC’s order.

Future Actions

While the company views this outcome as a positive step, it believes it has a strong case on facts and merits regarding the sustained additions/disallowances. Therefore, ixigo intends to file an appeal before the Hon’ble Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) within the prescribed time frame.
