In a move aligned with the company’s succession planning, Mr. Sunil Lalai will be stepping down from his role as Compliance Officer, effective from the close of business hours on 15th November, 2026. Mr. Lalai will continue to serve the company in his existing capacities as Company Secretary and Head – Legal.
New Appointment and Designations
Following Mr. Lalai’s transition, the Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Mandar Velankar as the new Compliance Officer. This appointment is effective from 16th November, 2026. Mr. Velankar, currently the Deputy Head – Company Secretary and Legal, will assume his new responsibilities in addition to his ongoing duties. As part of this transition, Mr. Velankar will also be designated as a Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel of Endurance Technologies Limited. He will be authorized to determine the materiality of events and information and disseminate them to the stock exchanges, as per regulatory requirements.

The change in the Compliance Officer role is part of a planned succession process. Mr. Lalai’s resignation letter, submitted on 22nd October, 2026, outlines his intent to step down on 15th November, 2026. Mr. Velankar brings extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal matters, having previously served in key positions at other prominent Indian and multinational corporations. His appointment as Compliance Officer is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
