Zen Technologies has completed the acquisition of the remaining 24% equity stake in Applied Research International Private Limited (ARIPL), making ARIPL a wholly-owned subsidiary. This move strengthens Zen’s position in simulation and defense technologies, extending its expertise to naval and marine domains and complementing existing solutions in land and air defense. Zen will now offer multi-domain simulation and training.
Strategic Acquisition Finalized
Zen Technologies Limited announced the full acquisition of Applied Research International Private Limited (ARIPL) on October 17, 2025. The company previously acquired a 76% stake in February 2025. With this additional acquisition, ARIPL is now a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Expanding Simulation Capabilities
The strategic acquisition strengthens Zen Technologies’ standing as a diversified simulation and defense technology provider. Full ownership of ARIPL allows Zen to expand its simulation expertise into the naval and marine sectors, in addition to its existing land and air defense solutions.

With the integration of ARIPL, Zen Technologies will be able to deliver multi-domain simulation and training systems. This supports the evolving requirements of the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force. Zen plans to leverage the integration to design new products for naval markets and support ARIPL in securing large, high-value contracts. The acquisition positions Zen in land and sea simulations, creating a foundation for expansion into the air domain.
