Arvind Fashions Limited has released its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The company has demonstrated robust financial growth, particularly in its revenue and profitability metrics.

Key Financial Highlights (Pre IND-AS)

For the second quarter of FY27 (Q2 FY27), Arvind Fashions reported a revenue from operations of ₹1559 crore, marking a significant 10.0% increase compared to Q2 FY26’s ₹1418 crore. The reported Profit After Tax (PAT) witnessed an impressive 37.5% growth, standing at ₹55 crore in Q2 FY27, up from ₹40 crore in Q2 FY26.

Channel Performance and Growth Drivers

The strong revenue growth was primarily driven by direct channel performance. Retail LTL (Like-to-Like) growth was 7.3%, adjusted for festive shifts, this stands at 10%. The online direct-to-consumer business showed a strong performance with a 28% year-on-year growth. The company also expanded its retail presence with the addition of 24 EBOs (Exclusive Brand Outlets), adding approximately 26,000 net square feet.

Profitability and Margin Expansion

Profitability metrics also saw positive movement. Gross margins increased by 136 bps in Q2, attributed to strong LTL, lower retail discounting, and a better channel mix. EBITDA grew by 15.5% year-on-year to ₹216 crore (Post IND-AS), with a margin improvement of 67 bps. PAT (from continuing operations) grew by 29.6%.

Working Capital Management

The company maintained efficient working capital management, with NWC days reported at a healthy 65 days, consistent with the previous quarter. The increased share of the direct channel contributed to higher inventory days.

Way Forward

Arvind Fashions is focused on maintaining a stable demand environment to deliver consistent double-digit revenue growth. Strategies include expanding margins led by higher direct channel share and operating leverage, and continuing the expansion of direct channels through retail and online B2C growth. The company also aims to deepen its leadership in key apparel categories and build brands of scale and desire through sustained marketing investments.
