The company approved the acquisition of the remaining 25% equity shareholding in M/s. SP Analytics Private Limited, its existing subsidiary. This transaction will consolidate SP Analytics Private Limited as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sai Parenterals.
Saicriti Pharma Acquisition Completed
Further strengthening its portfolio, Sai Parenterals also confirmed the completion of its acquisition of 60% of the equity share capital of Saicriti Pharma Private Limited. This acquisition, previously approved by the Board on August 11, 2026, has officially made Saicriti Pharma Private Limited a subsidiary of Sai Parenterals Limited.
Financial Results and Committee Formation
The Board also considered and approved the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the corresponding Limited Review Reports. A Management Committee was constituted to ensure smooth functioning and administration of the company.
