Transaction Details and Effective Date
The Business Transfer Agreement was executed on September 25, 2026, involving RR Kabel, UMCL, and Usha Martin Limited. The transfer of UMCL’s business undertaking to RR Kabel has been completed on a going concern basis. The effective closing hours for this transaction were at the end of October 31, 2026.
This intimation follows previous announcements made on September 24, 2026, and September 25, 2026, regarding the proposed acquisition.
